Lamination & adhesive application expertise
Our production system utilizes BOPP film lamination combined with advanced hot-melt adhesive application techniques. For packaging tapes, DotGrip technology is applied through micro-pattern adhesive configuration, while SoftPower ensures material flexibility to prevent film stiffness during application. Both systems are integrated into our production lines using digitally calibrated adhesive distribution modules.
Controlled formulation – from raw material to final roll
Raw materials undergo continuous inspection before processing. Adhesive compounds are prepared in controlled-temperature mixers to achieve consistent viscosity levels. The lamination process is carried out under optimized pressure distribution to maintain adhesive uniformity. DotGrip layer distribution is monitored by laser-guided pattern tracking, while SoftPower elasticity control is managed through tension-regulated curing cycles.

Finished rolls are packed using premium six-roll sleeve units, designed for efficient dispensation and storage. Industrial shipments are reinforced using corrugated heavy-duty cartons, ensuring structural protection during long-distance export.
Converter format manufacturing – jumbo roll production
For tape processing facilities, ProEnd® also manufactures industrial-format jumbo rolls, which are supplied exclusively to professional slitting and conversion factories. These rolls undergo separate production monitoring focusing on adhesive stability across the full-width format and SoftPower regulation to prevent film cracking during high-speed cutting.
